1. Digital-Only Products

Interactive Cases sells digital educational subscriptions (Free and Pro plans) and virtual Clinical Credits. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping fees, shipping times, or courier involvement of any kind.

2. How Access Is Delivered

After successful payment confirmation, access to your subscription or Clinical Credits is delivered electronically and applied to your registered account — normally within minutes of payment completion.

You will receive an email receipt to your registered email address after every successful payment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

No downloads, shipping, or manual activation steps are required. Log in to your account on the web or the Android app and your upgraded features will be available immediately.

3. If Access Is Not Activated

If your subscription or Clinical Credits have not been activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact our support team. We will investigate and either activate your access immediately or issue a full refund.

4. Supported Platforms

Interactive Cases is available on:

• Web — accessible at www.interactive-cases.com from any browser.
• Android — available as a native Android application.

Access is tied to your account credentials. A single subscription covers both platforms with one sign-in.
